Dr. Maria Chuo, SLPD, CCC-SLP

Dr. Chuo, SLPD, CCC-SLP, is a compassionate and experienced speech-language pathologist who has been serving children and adults since 2009. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Redlands and earned her Doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2022. In 2014, she founded one of the largest autism centers in California, where she and her team provided life-changing support and resources for countless families. Her dedication to the field is deeply personal, inspired by her own family’s experiences with disability.

Dr. Chuo is committed to creating a neuroaffirming practice that celebrates individual strengths while offering compassionate, evidence-based care. Born and raised in Coachella, she is passionate about giving back to her community and is especially focused on expanding services to the east side of the Coachella Valley, where access to resources is greatly needed. Through her work, she continues to build inclusive spaces that empower individuals and families to thrive.
